We give you 10 hours a week back.
We find the work that eats your week and take it off your plate. Faster replies to customers, same-day quotes, less copy and paste.

Pick your problem. We take it off your plate.
We build every system for you, connect it to the tools you already use and hand it over working. Not a template, not a course.

Enquiries sit waiting.
Emails and messages wait hours or days. Meanwhile the customer calls someone else.
Instant replies and automatic sorting of enquiries.
-
You write quotes at night.
Every quote is typed by hand in Word, one after another, after the real work is done.
A quote from a short form in minutes.
-
You type the same data three times.
Email, Excel, invoice, CRM. The same number, copied into four places.
Data moves on its own, no retyping.
-
The same questions every day.
How much is it, when are you free, where do I find you. The same answers, ten times a day.
An assistant that answers the most common questions.
-
One person knows everything.
When they are on holiday, work stops. The knowledge lives in one head and one inbox.
An internal knowledge base the whole team can ask.
-
You build reports by hand.
Every Monday, an hour in Excel to work out what happened last week.
The report builds itself and lands in your inbox.
No months of analysis. One conversation, a clear plan and a system that works.
First we look at how your work actually flows. Only then do we pick the tool. Most projects go from review to handover in a few weeks.
-
Step 1
A review of where your time goes
60 minutes, free. You get one page: where you lose the most hours, what we would build and the rough scope.

Step 3
We hand over and explain
Tested and documented. We show your team how it works before they take it over.

Step 4
We stay available

Systems that already run.
From an online store to an industrial prototype with OMV. Same approach every time: first understand where the time goes, then build a system that runs on its own.
Zgodbica zate
A live online store for personalised children’s picture books. Ordering, book preview, gift links and optional print.
More about the projectROCNIK-1
A personal AI operating system. Knows the context of all my projects, uses a library of skills and answers questions about current work.
More about the projectArgus: leak detection
TU Graz and OMV. An autonomous cable-driven sensor system that detects refinery leaks 24/7 by comparing thermal frames.

A morning AI agent: wake-up, conversational memory and a daily overview. An app I use every day on my own phone.
More about the project
Nodum is Jan Ročnik.
Founder of Nodum, automation engineer
I come from industrial automation. I build SCADA systems for manufacturing, where every process has to run reliably without manual work.
At TU Graz I led Argus, a multidisciplinary prototype project in partnership with OMV. I now bring the same approach to small businesses: first understand how the work actually flows, then pick the tool.
I use the systems I build. My personal operating system runs all my projects, and for Zgodbica zate I built a configurator that drafts a children’s book in seconds.
I don’t build anything I can’t explain.

Book a reviewGeneral
What exactly does Nodum do?
We find the repetitive work that eats your time and automate it. First a free review, then one system at a fixed price, then optional monthly care.
Is the review really free?
For the first businesses, yes. In return we ask for honest feedback and permission to write about the result anonymously.
Is this AI?
Sometimes. Sometimes it is a better Excel sheet. We pick the tool after the review, not before.
Building
How long does it take?
The review is one conversation, 60 to 90 minutes. Building one system takes 1 to 3 weeks.
How much does a build cost?
It depends on scope. After the review you get a fixed price, known upfront, that does not change. The goal is a 10x return on your investment within a year.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We build the system and hand it over working. We show your team how to use it and document everything.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. The review commits you to nothing, and you can cancel monthly care at any time.
Data and tools
Do we have to change software?
No. We build on what you already use.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your accounts. The system is yours. We build it and look after it.
Let’s start with a review.
In the review we look at where your time goes. After the call you get one page: what we would build, how many hours it would return and the rough scope.
